We have worked with Carolina Optics for over 10 years in equipment rental and purchases. Jim provides a personal touch that you typically don’t find with the average sales person. Typically it is a “dump and run” situation once the equipment is sold and installed. Jim constantly keeps in touch, and has even become a good friend outside the working relationship. Really can’t ask for much more. Jim has incredibly in depth knowledge not only of the equipment and it’s abilities, but also the best way to code for the tests to make sure you are reimbursed properly. It is very hard to find a sales person that has both those abilities. Most importantly though, Jim makes sure that the equipment is a good solution for your practice.
